What to write about, and what helps
A bug, a crash, or something that looks wrong
The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
- your device and Android version (or "desktop");
- the app version, if you know it — Google Play lists it under the app on your device;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- whether it happens every time, and whether it was solo or in a room;
- a screenshot, if there was something to see.
Account trouble
Cannot sign in, signed out unexpectedly, or want to change the email address on your account — write from the account's email address if you can, and tell us your display name.
Being signed out of every device at once is usually deliberate on our part: it is the security response to a sign-in credential being reused, described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy. Signing in again resolves it. If it keeps happening, tell us.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, write from the account's email address with the request in the subject line. We answer within 30 days and charge nothing. Deleting your account has its own page: Delete account.
Reporting another player
For an offensive display name or disruptive behaviour in a room, send the display name, roughly when it happened, and the room code if you still have it. See section 4 of the Terms of Service.
A security issue
Report vulnerabilities to the same address, with "security" in the subject. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly, and do not access, modify or delete data that is not yours while investigating.
Testing feedback
Sudoku is in closed testing. If you are one of the testers, feedback on what feels off — difficulty, colors, pacing, anything — is genuinely useful and read by the person who built it.
